Head of Inside Sales
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to lead and grow our inside sales department. Our inside sales department is 28 strong and contains experienced, high performing managers, sales professionals, sales operations, and data analysts who you will manage and nurture on a day to day basis
- Lead to drive revenue and business growth. You will be a key leadership role providing insight, guidance, and creative thinking
- Lead the Sales team. You will build a high performing and motivated sales team
- Sales Strategy. You will set strategy, goals, and metrics to successfully improve effectiveness and efficiency as well as increase engagement. You will provide feedback to executives and identify opportunities for sales process improvement
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have demonstrable experience in sales management.
- Have demonstrable experience in technology sales, preferably within the Cisco Systems ecosystem.
- Enjoy designing and implementing personal development roadmaps for sales professionals.
- Put our clients’ needs first in all situations.
- Understand the importance of sales forecasting and prove a high commitment to it every week.
- Be highly competent at team conflict management and run towards issues that might affect the sales team morale.
- Understand reward planning for salespeople.
